Top 3 Financial Tips for 20+ People

Are you still in college and start to plan your future? Or did you just graduate from college and start looking for a job? Or you are in your late 20s and start to consider about your future and marriage and other stuff? I would say, then you are on the right track and you are ahead of the game for sure. People in the U.S. don't really start considering about their future till 30s and 40s. And according to a study research report from the  Corporation for Enterprise Development, nearly 44 percent of American households don’t have enough savings to cover their basic expenses for three months in the event of a financial emergency like losing a job or paying for unexpected medical care.

From the study, we can tell the financial situation is drastic; thus, I wrote this blog for a friendly remainder for people to start thinking about their futures and have a emergency recovery plan in your mind.

First of All,
You need to do a budget planning. At the beginning of each month, plan out how much you are going to spend on groceries, shopping on clothes, gas on automobiles, food and dining, Rent and Mortgage. Write them out and every time when you spend on something, record it or register for mint.com. Mint.com is a really good app to keep track on budgeting.

Secondly,
Don't be late on your credit card bills, you may not notice that your credit card has a really high interest payment. The average of a credit card interest is 20%, which can cost you a lot of money if you don't pay it on time.

At last,
Since I said the credit card interest is super high but what you should do when you really need money to deal with something, for example, spending your vacation, home repair, dental check, car repair? Go to a car title loans. You may think car title loans may throw you into another financial dilemma. However, not quite! The interest rate for a car title loans usually range from 5%-10%, which is 2-4 times less than a credit card payment! Plus, when you secure your car title loans with a trusted auto title loans company, you can get the money you need within the same day or even as little as 1 hour.
Those are some of the car title loans company
 I would recommend:

Car Crash

Incident happens every single day.
And unfortunately, it just happened to my friend Sally this morning.
She got up around the normal time but because she had a few cups of drinks yesterday, it was a really tough morning for her to get up.
After she got ready and sat in her car, her eyes started to twinkle. A few seconds later, she crashed her car into tree. OH, SUCH A HORRIBLE MORNING!
She got so upset and called me to ask for help. She sounds desperate and she told me that she doesn't have enough money to fix her car and pay the fine for crashing into tree(she told me the fine is like $2,000) and she might need to go to the doctor also to check her body.
And then, I introduced her about car title loans in sacramento , a very trusted car title loans website. And the application process is very easy and fast.
What she needs to do is just fill in an application form online , and then submit the six documents they need.
After that, then that is it. You have the possibility to get approved in an hour and they assure you to get your money within the same business day.
It is very simple and fast and you can get approved of a car title loan in Sacramento even if you have a bad credit or you don't have credit at all..
Moreover, they have a lot of satellite offices that you can choose from. Visit their location page and find out more.

Where to go this Summer? Alaska! The Best Vacation Spot This Summer(Part 1)

I love travelling since I was very little and I have been always been dreaming about seeing the northern lights. And now, it is the best time to travel to Alaska! For Alaska, the best time of the year to go will be between May 10 and September 15. The days are long, nature is in full bloom, and the air is alive with energy.

Things To Do in Alaska

Denali National Park

The Best time to visit Denali National Park is from mid-June to the end of August.

Northern Lights

How Much will it be?

Flying to Alaska can cost an arm and a leg.

According to my recent check on Expedia, the cost of 6 days for 2 people living in a 4 stars hotel + flight will be 1463.

Sightseeing:

When it comes to attractions, you can be a real cheapskate if you want. But why would you go to Alaska and skip the chance to take a bush plane flight, or a whale-watching cruise, or a glacier hike, or some cool museums?
Moneybags ($1600): Take the Grand Denali flightseeing tour around the summit of Mt. McKinley ($375 each), the most luxurious whale-watching cruise you can find, and go to every attraction that interests you, from museums to reindeer farms.
Average Joe ($700): Choose a cheaper flightseeing option ($100-150 each). Choose a mid-level cruising option out of Seward and an ice trek tour on a glacier (look for online sales and discounts). Check out a museum or two in Anchorage.

Rental Cars

Rental car prices in Alaska soar after mid-June, when peak tourist season hits. In the last week of June, the average price for a week-long rental was in the $700 range.
And here is a summary chart for the cost of travelling to Alaska by different people

However!

If You are on a Tight Budget!

There is other things you can do to sort the financial problem out!

Car title loans, as known as auto title loans, or pink slip loans, is able to solve your problem and get the money you need as fast as it is.
The Steps is easy:
you can just simply fill in the form and submit the documents. Usually it takes less than one day for you to get your funds.
Thus, getting a car title loan is a great way to get the vacation money fast.

Newly Released Trustworthy Car Title Loans Companies

So last time, I mentioned a little bit about car title loans, AKA auto title loans, auto pawn loans, pink slip loans. Car Title Loans is a good way to get money when you stuck in a financial emergency and you can't turn to your friends and families for help or they can't help. However, the public should still be aware there are some scams in the industry.
But I would recommend these companies below.
First of all, they stay in the industry for 10 years to prove that they are trustworthy
Secondly, they don't spread the wordings like, "we don't do credit check". Be aware of the companies saying so, you might not want to do the business with them .

So those are the companies I highly recommend for car title loans.

Top 10 Financial Tips: Keep you out of bankruptcy

1. Get Paid What You're Worth and Spend Less Than You Earn

It sounds simplistic, but many people struggle with this first basic rule. Make sure you know what your job is worth in the marketplace, by conducting an evaluation of your skills, productivity, job tasks, contribution to the company, and the going rate, both inside and outside the company, for what you do. Being underpaid even a thousand dollars a year can have a significant cumulative effect over the course of your working life.
No matter how much or how little you're paid, you'll never get ahead if you spend more than you earn. Often it's easier to spend less than it is to earn more, and a little cost-cutting effort in a number of areas can result in big savings. It doesn't always have to involve making big sacrifices.

2. Stick to a Budget

One of my favorite subjects: budgeting. It's not a four-letter word. How can you know where your money is going if you don't budget? How can you set spending and saving goals if you don't know where your money is going? You need a budget whether you make thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

3. Pay Off Credit Card Debt

Credit card debt is the number one obstacle to getting ahead financially. Those little pieces of plastic are so easy to use, and it's so easy to forget that it's real money we're dealing with when we whip them out to pay for a purchase, large or small. Despite our good resolves to pay the balance off quickly, the reality is that we often don't, and end up paying far more for things than we would have paid if we had used cash.

4. When you need money fast to solve some financial problems, try to turn to your friends but if your friends and faimily cant't help, go to a car title loans company

Before you decide to get any loans for bad credit make sure you have the ability to pay it off.
Speaking of the car title loans companies, there's a few I would recommend. They have the auto title loans services started from 1994 so they have a lot of experience and also you must do a good job to keep the company this long.
Those are the few links I would recommend.

Mountain View Car Title Loans
http://www.titleloansredondobeach.com/
Redondo Beach Title Loans
http://www.redlandscartitleloans.com/
Redlands Car Title Loans
morenovalleycartitleloan.com
Moreno Valley Car Title Loans
ontario-california-cartitleloans.com
Ontario CA Car Title Loans
Simi Valley Car Title Loans

When you decide to get a car title loans, make sure the company is trustworthy. Find some companies have the longevity so that it would tell you the company wouldn't be taking your car away without some ridiculous reasons.

5. Have a Savings Plan

You've heard it before: Pay yourself first! If you wait until you've met all your other financial obligations before seeing what's left over for saving, chances are you'll never have a healthy savings account or investments. Resolve to set aside a minimum of 5% to 10% of your salary for savings BEFORE you start paying your bills. Better yet, have money automatically deducted from your paycheck and deposited into a separate account.

6. Invest!

If you're contributing to a retirement plan and a savings account and you can still manage to put some money into other investments, all the better.

7. Maximize Your Employment Benefits

Employment benefits like a 401(k) plan, flexible spending accounts, medical and dental insurance, etc., are worth big bucks. Make sure you're maximizing yours and taking advantage of the ones that can save you money by reducing taxes or out-of-pocket expenses.

8. Review Your Insurance Coverages

Too many people are talked into paying too much for life and disability insurance, whether it's by adding these coverages to car loans, buying whole-life insurance policies when term-life makes more sense, or buying life insurance when you have no dependents. On the other hand, it's important that you have enough insurance to protect your dependents and your income in the case of death or disability.

9. Update Your Will

70% of Americans don't have a will. If you have dependents, no matter how little or how much you own, you need a will. If your situation isn't too complicated you can even do your own with software like WillMaker from Nolo Press. Protect your loved ones. Write a will.

10. Keep Good Records

If you don't keep good records, you're probably not claiming all your allowable income tax deductions and credits. Set up a system now and use it all year. It's much easier than scrambling to find everything at tax time, only to miss items that might have saved you money.
